Making southwest Orem a better place to live.  

Like one bad apple in an otherwise attractive bushel, when one property in a neighborhood falls into disrepair, it quickly affects the condition of the entire neighborhood.  Left unresolved, it's not long before valuable neighbors begin to move out, while others avoid moving in. Keeping neighborhoods in good repair is in everyone's best interest.
