Commercial developments which propose the elimination of existing neighborhoods in southwest Orem, or which are developed adjacent to existing neighborhoods have tremendous impact on the quality of life in southwest Orem neighborhoods.

The Southwest Alliance will monitor proposals on future retail projects; will conduct voting surveys and represent its member's preferences to Orem city and to developers; will monitor the decisions of Orem city on such proposals, and will report relevant information to Alliance members on this page.
